Electrical Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead our installation, maintenance, and repair teams in commercial, industrial, and healthcare facilities.

• Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to junior electricians and apprentices, helping them develop their skills and knowledge.
• Oversee and coordinate the work of electricians and other personnel on the job site, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and according to specifications.
• Maintain open and effective communication with project managers and other stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and address any concerns.
• Accurately install wire, conduit, panel boards, fixtures, devices, pre-fab assemblies, boxes, and breakers according to job specifications and NEC.

• Advanced ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, technical service manuals, contracts, and procedures.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with prior supervisory or foreman experience highly desirable.
• Proficiency in critical thinking, trouble shooting, and problem resolution.
• Accurately perform basic math calculations, including addition, subtraction, fractions, decimals, multiplication, division, and measurements.
