Field Service Technician I

HOLT CAT is actively looking for a Field Service Technician I to deliver exceptional customer support at various off-site locations. The role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and refurbishing a range of light and heavy construction machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift and move objects, utilizing abdominal and lower back muscles for support
  • Regularly handle materials or equipment weighing up to 80 lb
  • Good manual dexterity, coordination, and physical endurance

Work Environment Considerations:

  • Work is frequently conducted outdoors around moving mechanical components
  • Exposure to varying weather conditions is common
  • Tasks may require working in confined spaces and/or elevated locations
