Key Responsibilities- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their options and scope of work for investing in an ADU on their property, providing expert guidance and support throughout the process.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers to meet their unique needs and preferences.
- Sales and Marketing: Identify and target potential customers, present and promote ADU financial products and services, and negotiate sales deals to ensure customer satisfaction and contract fulfillment.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and updates throughout and after the sales process.

- Experience: 3+ years of sales experience in the real estate industry.
