Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our Inpatient Neurology Consult Service at University Hospitals Tripoint. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our consulting neurologists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop effective care plans in collaboration with our neurology team.
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including ordering diagnostic procedures and implementing treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes.
  • Participate in educational activities to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff and patients.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical protocols and standards of care.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise as an Advanced Practice Provider in a neurology setting.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Current licensure and certification as an APRN or PA in the state of Ohio.

Physical Demands:

  • Standing and walking frequently.
  • Sitting rarely.
  • Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling frequently.
  • Reaching, handling, and grasping frequently.
  • Talking and hearing constantly.

Travel Requirements:

  • 10% travel required.
