About the Role

This full-time position involves representing clients injured by asbestos exposure and working up assigned cases in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have 2-10 years of attorney experience, preferably in personal injury or asbestos law.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct client and witness interviews to gather information
  • Prepare and conduct depositions of fact witnesses
  • Analyze records such as Social Security, Medical, Military, and Union records
  • Summarize testimony from fact witness depositions
Requirements
  • Licensed to Practice Law in Illinois
  • Ability to travel extensively across the United States (approximately 80% of work time)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Compassion for helping terminally sick clients
