ROLE OF A DINING ROOM SUPPORT SPECIALIST

As a vital member of our support team, you will play an essential role in ensuring seamless service. Your attentiveness will guarantee that guests are well taken care of, while also providing crucial assistance to servers during busy times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete preparatory and closing tasks as dictated by your assigned service area, ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout your shift.
  • Welcome guests upon their arrival and respond to their needs, effectively communicating with servers as necessary.
  • During downtimes, transport used dishware to the dishwashing area, sorting items appropriately, and prepare tables for new guests.
Qualifications for Success:
  • Preferred experience of at least one year in a restaurant or similar environment.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude, readiness to assist colleagues, and a strong sense of teamwork.
  • Effective communication skills with management, staff, and guests.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with occasional bending, lifting, and moving items.
