Key Responsibilities:

The primary focus of this role is to ensure that preventive maintenance is effectively carried out on essential and auxiliary machinery within our continuous pellet manufacturing operations.

  • Strictly follow established procedures for maintenance.
  • Identify and document equipment that does not meet specifications, facilitating necessary inspections and corrective actions.
  • Drive ongoing enhancements in lubrication practices and preventive maintenance programs with company support.

Essential Duties:
  • Comply with all environmental, health, and safety regulations.
  • Conduct routine lubrication maintenance on all machinery.
  • Perform regular inspections and maintenance checks on equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve identified mechanical issues.
  • Manage inventories of lubricants and related supplies.
  • Apply lubricants to moving parts and friction surfaces as per specified guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness of machinery before and after lubrication tasks.
  • Complete necessary documentation related to lubrication activities.
  • Suggest improvements for lubrication routes and equipment.
  • Ensure proper storage and inventory management of lubricants.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of ten years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and meticulous work ethic.
  • Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies.
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, lubrication, and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
  • Familiarity with vibration analysis and precision alignment is advantageous.
  • Capability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • OSHA 10 certification and willingness to undergo additional training as required.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with maintenance management systems is preferred.
