Job Summary

As a Restaurant Server, you will be tasked with taking orders and delivering food and beverages to patrons. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and representing the establishment positively. You will assist guests with their needs and complete daily responsibilities in accordance with the standards and policies of Earth Fare.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional service to all guests by following the proper service sequence.
  • Efficiently manage multiple tables and guests to ensure timely service.
  • Familiarize yourself with all menu items, including ingredients, cooking methods, and presentation.
  • Effectively operate the Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Maintain a professional, friendly, and accommodating demeanor in all guest interactions.
  • Ensure that your uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional, safeguarding company information and assets.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or a minimum of one (1) year experience in food and beverage service or a related field.
  • Experience in a hotel or customer service environment is preferred.
  • Must be a team player, empathetic, friendly, and proactive.
  • Ability to represent the establishment professionally to guests.
