Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.

Job Description
This Nurse role involves delivering care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease in an outpatient dialysis center.
You will build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, working in a positive environment that supports teamwork and relies on each other.
Key responsibilities include conducting patient observations, measuring stats, and machine setup, as well as overseeing a group of patients with the support of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs).
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) may be beneficial.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certifications are also desirable.
