Job Overview: As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant at All Medical Personnel, you will be working closely with an Occupational Therapist to design and implement programs that enhance patients' quality of life. This is a dynamic role that requires collaboration, problem-solving, and empathy.

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced COTA who can provide support to our patients in achieving their goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to plan and facilitate therapeutic programs
  • Provide personalized support to patients to enhance their functional abilities and overall well-being
  • Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

Qualifications:

  • 6 months of recent experience as a COTA
  • Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy assistant program
  • BLS Certification and active state license

Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits such as health, vision, and dental coverage, and a referral bonus program for successful hires.
