Position Overview

As a Culinary Specialist at Zaxby's, you will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional guest experience by preparing and serving high-quality meals promptly. Your responsibilities will include managing stock inventory, food preparation, maintaining a clean kitchen environment, and adhering to food safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Availability to work 32 to 40 hours weekly

Capabilities

  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
  • Occasional bending, stooping, crouching, or climbing
  • Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 pounds
  • Effective communication skills in speaking, reading, and writing
  • Strong audio-visual perception and judgment
  • Ability to work in varying temperature environments
  • Safe operation of kitchen equipment

Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
  • Assist in managing inventory
  • Receive and stock deliveries of inventory
  • Adhere to food safety protocols
  • Notify management regarding inventory requirements
  • Keep storage areas clean and organized
  • Complete tasks efficiently
  • Follow established safety procedures

  • Handle food and beverages with care
