Job Summary

As a Host/Hostess at T.G.I. Friday's, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. Your role is crucial in delivering restaurant-inspired hospitality to every guest.

Responsibilities
  • Welcoming guests, answering phones, and taking reservations in a timely and professional manner
  • Seating guests according to server availability, ensuring a seamless dining experience
  • Maintaining a clean and organized front of house area, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries, and addressing concerns in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Working effectively with the front of house team to achieve excellent service standards

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not necessary
