About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team at Bausch Health. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring goods and services to support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchasing and Procurement: Obtain goods and services in support of our business units by placing purchase orders and requests within your scope of authority.
  • Accounts Payable: Process and enter purchase order requests in our SAP system, maintain blanket purchase orders for numerous vendors and contract services, and process change-orders as required.
  • Vendor Management: Make credit card purchases and reconcile monthly spend in Concur, manage online accounts for all recurring vendors, and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Manage and run reports in SAP, clear match exceptions, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on procurement activities.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 3 years of purchasing experience required, with 2 years of accounting experience preferred.
  • Skills: SAP (ECC or S/4 Hana) including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and matrix approval workflows, required. Working knowledge of accounting software, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Microsoft Office also required.
