Key Responsibilities
  • Acoustic Sensing Technology Development: Design and develop advanced acoustic sensing systems for automotive environments, including detection, identification, and tracking of sound targets.
  • Signal Processing and Algorithm Development: Develop and apply audio signal processing chain algorithms to improve performance and fuse data with other automotive systems.
  • Collaboration and Team Leadership: Collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team of AIoT center engineers and Renesas automotive solutions engineers to develop and implement new technologies.
  • Technical Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to field data collection and demonstration in live automotive settings.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's Degree or Ph.D. in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3-6 years of work experience in related areas, including some project team lead roles.
  • Technical Skills: Strong MATLAB programming skills, competent in C/C++ and/or Python, and experience with machine learning and AI classification methods.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead technical teams.
