Job Summary:
As a skilled neuropsychologist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments for individuals with acquired or traumatic brain injury. Your expertise will enable you to provide a baseline status, make treatment recommendations, and facilitate discharge or community integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Reporting: Complete neuropsychological assessments using state-of-the-art tools with high reliability and validity. Generate detailed reports within 1-2 weeks of testing completion, sharing results with clients and their support systems as authorized.
- Relationship Building: Foster positive working relationships with clients, staff, teams, physicians, referral sources, and payers. Provide a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for clients and others.
Requirements:
- Doctoral degree from an APA- or CPA-accredited psychology program, internship experience in neuropsychology, and postdoctoral fellowship specialization in neuropsychology.
- Licensed Psychologist - MN Board of Psychology required upon hire and ACLS-BLS Tier 3 - Multisource required within 180 Days.
- Board Certified in Clinical Neuropsychology or Pediatric Neuropsychology, or ABPP board eligible with attainment of certification within five years of hire date.
Physical Demands:
Sedentary: Lifting weight up to 10 lbs. occasionally, negligible weight frequently.
