We are seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse RN to provide exceptional care in various units at St Joseph Medical Center. This role involves a commitment to delivering high-quality nursing services across multiple departments.
Certification Requirements- BLS certification is mandatory.
- COVID-19 vaccination is required.
- Position entails Tele Float responsibilities.
- Contract duration is 13 weeks.
- Full-time hours with 12-hour shifts.
- Work schedule includes every other weekend.
- Flexibility to cover the entire med-surg division is essential.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in acute care settings.
- Ability to titrate drips effectively.
- Proficient in reading telemetry strips.
- Expected to float to various units as required.
- Shifts are 12 hours long.
- Weekend work is required every other week.
- Availability for 1-2 winter holidays is expected.
- Potential for up to 4 times call or standby during the contract.
- Assignments may include the following units:
- 7th Floor - Surgical unit
- 8BC - Long-term low acuity unit
- 9th Floor - General medical cases
- 2 South - Short stay, cardiac, COVID unit
- 3 South - Neuro unit
- 4 South - Ortho and spine unit
- Additional assignments may include 10th floor Med Surg Oncology and ER Transition Unit.
- BLS certification and COVID-19 vaccination are required.
- Medical Solutions will auto deduct the 1.75 WA state tax.
- Flexibility to be assigned as a CNA or entrance screener if necessary.
