We're seeking a Carryout Associate to join our team. As a Carryout Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and packaging food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
• Prepare and package food and beverages, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Handle cash and credit transactions, accurately accounting for all receivables.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management, including assisting with pre-bussing tables and rolling silverware.

• 0-2 years of related experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
• Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
• Detailed-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
