Join Our Team as a Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at HexaQuEST Health, Inc. as an Outpatient Physical Therapist. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating patients and developing personalized treatment plans to improve their strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans to address various diagnoses
  • Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with patients and caregivers to educate them on proper home exercise programs
  • Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in physical therapy
  • Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact
  • At least one year of PT experience; 3-5 years is preferred
  • BLS through the American Heart Association
