### Your Role as a Pediatric Physical Therapist

As a vital part of our clinical team, you'll provide high-quality therapy services to help children achieve their functional goals. You'll collaborate with other healthcare providers and educate patients, families, and caregivers on supporting their progress.

### Key Responsibilities

* Ensure a 95% positive satisfaction rate through random surveys
* Meet 80% of proposed goals by re-evaluation
* Achieve 100% of billable hours as outlined in your Employment Agreement
* Maintain a 90% or higher arrival rate during scheduled hours
* Complete daily documentation within 24 hours of patient visits and all evaluations/re-evaluations/progress reports within 48-72 hours

### Required Qualifications

* College degree and active PT license
* Minimum of 2 years of experience (pediatric physical therapy experience is a plus)

* Compassionate and empathetic, especially towards children
* Clear and calm communication skills
