Requirements
  • Construction Experience: A background in construction is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges.
  • Recruiting or Human Resources Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in recruiting or human resources is required, with a proven track record of success in talent acquisition and management.
