Job Summary

As a Die Cutting Operator at PrideStaff, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machine to cut folding cartons. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review job tickets and conduct pre-make ready as required.
  • Set up die, counter plates, stripping section, and press.
  • Pull front trim as required and clean counter plates and strip down dies that are locked up.
  • Clean area around press and perform maintenance as required.
  • Deliver cut cartons to finishing department.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • 1-3 years related experience and/or training.
  • Basic math, reading, and writing in English.
  • Problem-solving skills and dependability.

Work Schedule
  • Must be able to work 8 hour shifts plus overtime as required.
  • Employee must be willing to work alternate schedules occasionally, including early mornings, nights, and/or weekends.

Compensation
Up to $25 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
