About the Role

Noah Medical is seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our Capital Equipment team. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day leadership for a key subsystem of our capital equipment team to develop safe and effective medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose viable technical solutions and make decisions
  • Plan, organize, and present project deliverables according to project scope and timeline
  • Mentor other engineers and build and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors
  • Participate in developing the budget for the specific area of responsibility
  • Lead the resolution of technical issues and conduct tolerance analysis to ensure design robustness

About You

We are looking for a highly experienced individual with a strong background in mechanical engineering and a passion for developing innovative medical devices. You should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in technical leadership, including at least 5 years of medical device capital equipment experience.

Key Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience as an individual contributor in the area of technical leadership
  • 5+ years of medical device capital equipment experience
  • Proficient in using Solidworks for design of components and creating complex assemblies and detailed drawings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
