Head Teller

Georgia Community Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Head Teller. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bank's teller services.

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
• Transaction Processing: Accurately and efficiently process and record routine transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cashing checks.
• Product Promotion: Promote and advise on the bank's products and services to customers, ensuring that they are aware of the benefits and features of our offerings.
• Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor our team of tellers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their responsibilities and performing at a high level.
• Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the bank's teller services, including maintaining accurate records, balancing cash drawers, and ensuring that all transactions are processed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Compliance: Ensure that all transactions are processed in compliance with bank policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Three (3) or more years of experience in a teller or supervisory role.
• Skills: Relevant computer skills, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
