We are seeking a skilled Family Medicine physician to join our team at Medicorp Inc in Massachusetts. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Highlights:
- Primary care openings in a 30-minute radius from Boston, MA
- Flexible scheduling with 8 clinical sessions and 2 administrative sessions per week
- Light call responsibilities with phone-only calls
- Opportunity to work 1 evening shift every 2 weeks
- Expected patient load: 11 patients per hour or 44 patients per day
- Weekly staff meetings for training and team updates
- No obstetric or inpatient requirements
Compensation and Benefits:
Our compensation package is based on years of experience and is competitive with community health centers. We also offer:
- Loan repayment program with a HPSA score of 14
- National Health Scholars welcome with $50k loan repayment after 2 years

- 4 weeks paid vacation and 1 week CME
Salary Structure:
We offer a competitive salary structure based on years of experience:
- 0-1.9 years: $190k base salary with $10k bonus
- 2-5.9 years: $200k base salary with $10k bonus
