We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse in our Acute Care Medical Telemetry Unit, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to adult patients with medical conditions, including cardiac abnormalities, chest pain, CHF, stroke, COPD, diabetes, and electrolyte abnormalities.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care based on patients' physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and educational needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and patient satisfaction.
- Participate in unit-based committees and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety.
- Current RN licensure in the State of South Carolina or Compact State.
- Graduate of an approved/ accredited School of Nursing.
- One year of recent RN experience within the past 5 years (preferred).
