Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery: Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our customers.
  • Engineering Support: Assist the Project Manager in organizing and supervising all engineering activities, including design review meetings and the creation of process deliverables.
  • Design Review: Conduct design review meetings with internal and external design resources, as well as customers, to ensure that all designs meet project requirements.
  • Documentation: Ensure that all project-related information is accurately documented, both internally and externally.
  • Cost Management: Ensure that all designs are cost-effective and meet project budget requirements.
  • Installation Support: Provide support for the installation of equipment on customer floors, as required.
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct customer design, build, and integration buyoffs to ensure that all project requirements are met.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to the satisfaction of our customers.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Five or more years of related experience in automotive tooling manufacturing, with a strong understanding of automated assembly machines, BIW, chassis, glass, or robotic welding.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to review CAD models and/or experience with Team Center.
  • Soft Skills: Logical thinker, problem solver, organized, detail-oriented, and strong leadership skills.
