We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier and Customer Service Representative at Richland Gas N Go. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our customers and employees.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Maintain 100% total customer focus, work together with other store employees and management as a team, and create a positive store culture by treating customers, team members, and management fairly and with respect.
- Operations: Work when scheduled by the Store Manager, execute policies, procedures, and tasks to maximize sales and profitability while controlling expenses and store losses, and maintain a safe and secure environment for all team members and customers.
- Inventory and Merchandising: Check-in deliveries, correctly retail merchandise according to prices set by the corporate office, and note variations in invoice pricing.
- Store Appearance: Maintain excellent store appearance inside and outside, including storerooms, offices, and restrooms, and ensure the flawless execution of programs to accomplish store goals and objectives.
- Equipment Operation: Accurately operate all store equipment, including cash registers, lottery machines, and other equipment, and report any defects or accidents to management.
- Communication Skills: Use good communication skills with customers, team members, and management.
- Teamwork: Work together with other store employees and management as a team.
- Adaptability: React to change productively and complete tasks as assigned.
- Professionalism: Act in a professional manner when dealing with customers, team members, and management.
