Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Saige Partners. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish
* Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
* Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
* Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards
* Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to minimize project risks

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management or a related field
* Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
