Reconditioning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Recon Technician with auto body shop experience to join our team at J&L Auto Body in Keene, NH. As a Recon Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality reconditioned vehicles leave our shop.

• Perform reconditioning work on vehicles, including buffing, touch-up painting, and light body repairs.
• Prep vehicles for the paint process, ensuring surfaces are properly cleaned, sanded, and masked.
• Assist the painter and body technicians as needed, contributing to efficient workflow across the shop.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and help manage shop tasks to keep production running smoothly.
