Host/Hostess

We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Host/Hostess to join our team at Applebee's. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

• Welcoming guests and seating them in a timely and courteous manner.
• Managing the wait list and ensuring a smooth flow of guests through the restaurant.
• Providing exceptional service to guests, including answering phone calls and responding to their needs.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Filling out the feature board and ensuring accurate information is displayed.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 15 pounds.
• Valid Food Handlers Card required prior to employment.

• Ability to stand and move around the restaurant for extended periods.
• Clear and effective communication with guests and staff.
• Ability to transport and carry objects up to 15 pounds.
