Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Absence Reduction Professional to join our team at Paterson Public Schools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with youth in a multicultural/urban environment and possess excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce chronic absenteeism among students
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate events and manage projects
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on student attendance
  • Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and community partners

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree preferred
  • Experience working with youth in a multicultural/urban environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
