About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at UCHealth Medical Center of the Rockies Main Hosp. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch patient care and contributing to the success of our Women's Care and Infants department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process and adhere to evidence-based practice standards.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Prioritize patient wellness and safety, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Model proficiency through precepting new team members and sharing knowledge and expertise.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical developments and advancements in the field.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher in Surgical Technology or a related field preferred.
  • State Surgical Assistant or Surgical Technologist registration required.
  • 6 months of Surgical Tech experience or graduation from an accredited Surgical Tech program required.
  • BLS through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer required.
