Job Description
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage kitchen staff and coordinate menu planning, inventory control, and food preparation.
    • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
    • Develop and implement recipes, menus, and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and excellence.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education and Experience:
    • Cooking or culinary arts degree or equivalent experience.
    • At least 2 years of experience as a cook or chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
    • Familiarity with kitchen equipment, utensils, and food safety practices.
