Join Trinity Health as a Staff RN in our Free-Standing Emergency Department at Mount Carmel Reynoldsburg. This role involves working three 12-hour evening shifts per week, with rotating weekends and holidays. As a Staff RN, you will provide care in an atmosphere sensitive to each person's physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. Your responsibilities will include assessing and evaluating patient care, assisting providers with patient assessment, examinations, and treatments, and administering medications under the direction of a provider. You will also educate and explain procedures to patients and family members, document accurately and completely pertinent assessments, interventions, and outcomes for patients, and assume responsibility and accountability for care provided and documented by other licensed and unlicensed caregivers. We are looking for a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio, current BLS/CPR, and demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and manage patient care.
