We are seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide/CNA to join our team. As a Home Health Aide/CNA, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Obtain vital signs, including temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and respiration
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, hygiene, and toileting
  • Prepare and serve meals
  • Perform light homemaking and other environmental services
  • Monitor and report any changes in patient status
  • Implement emergency procedures as needed
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current state certification as a nurse assistant
  • CNA experience within the last two years
  • Current CPR certification
