We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team at Hire Energy, LLC: Healthcare/Medical Staffing.

Job Summary

The Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients ranging from infancy through adolescence. This role involves assessing patient health needs, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare providers and families to ensure the best possible outcomes for young patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and monitor the health status of pediatric patients, providing age-appropriate care and comfort measures.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers to create and implement individualized care plans, promoting family-centered care by involving family members in the decision-making process.
  • Educate and support families regarding their child's medical condition, treatment options, and home care needs, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and institutional standards of care.
  • Provide emotional support to families during stressful situations, promoting a positive work environment and team culture.
Requirements
  • RN license in the State of Assignment or compact license.
  • 2 years of experience as a traveler or 3 years with no travel.
  • Must live 100 miles from the facility.
  • Covid Vaccine.
  • Flu Vaccine.
