Job Summary

• About the Role: As a skilled Cutting and Merchandising Expert, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our customers receive high-quality meat products. Your attention to detail, combined with your knowledge of business operations, will enable you to maintain exceptional standards in product quality, inventory management, and equipment operation.
• Main Responsibilities: Collaborate with other team members to build a strong meat department; communicate effectively with colleagues; and adapt to changing business needs by working in other areas as required.
• Key Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of business operations, including product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and equipment maintenance; preparation of meat products according to established standards; cutting boneless meat products; and maintaining product quality standards.
