Speech-Language Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary team at Soar Autism Center. As a Speech-Language Pathologist at Soar, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children with ASD.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve the communication abilities of children aged 2-6, utilizing a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and instruments.
- Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team, including behavior analysts, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care and support for each child and their family.
- Engage families in the treatment process by providing education, resources, and support to foster their child's speech and language development.
- Regularly evaluate and document the progress of each child, refining interventions as needed to maximize effectiveness.
- Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
- License to practice speech pathology in the state of Arizona or Colorado.
- Preference for SLPs with 3+ years of experience, but also open to new SLPs starting their career.
- Prior experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) or interest in learning from our clinical teams.
- Ability to connect and engage with young children, embodying a playful spirit.
- Competitive salary: $82,000 - $105,000 per year.
