Job Description

Role Summary: As an Account Associate, you will play a vital role in our daily business operations and customer success. You will grow our agency through meaningful client relationships and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing prompt and accurate service as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relationships through proactive marketing of relevant products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
  • Experience managing client relationships is preferred.
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills.
  • Dedicated to customer service and able to anticipate customer needs.
  • Able to effectively relate to customers and provide personalized service.
