Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of SmileDirectClub, explaining our product and guiding customers through their journey to a more confident smile.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience: Provide personalized support to customers, ensuring they feel valued and empowered to achieve their smile goals.
  • Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services, enabling you to effectively communicate their benefits and features to customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Technology Savvy: Utilize our cutting-edge technology to create 3D scans of customers' teeth, ensuring accurate and efficient treatment planning.
  • Payment Plan Guidance: Help customers select the best payment plan for their budget, ensuring they feel confident and informed throughout the process.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Collaborate with your team to create a positive, high-energy atmosphere, and contribute to the success of your SmileShop.
Qualifications
  • Sales and Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences in a retail sales setting.
  • Confidence and Communication Skills: Ability to effectively present our product and address customer questions and concerns with confidence and poise.
  • Passion for Smile Transformation: Excited and passionate about transforming smiles and making a positive impact on people's lives.
  • Positive Attitude and Teamwork: Fun, positive personality with a strong desire to succeed, while being open to learning and growth.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Proven ability to quickly adapt to new systems and software, with a willingness to learn and improve.
