Housing Director/ LALD

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of services to tenants, marketing and communication with prospective tenants, and developing services and programs to meet the needs of our community.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise the delivery of services to tenants in coordination with the Registered Nurse
* Oversee marketing and communication with prospective tenants
* Develop services and programs to meet the needs of the community
* Collaborate with other leadership and agencies to improve patient care and staff development
* Serve as a spokesperson for the facility

Requirements:

* Hold LALD or obtain upon hire
* High School diploma/GED or one to three months of related experience and/or training
* Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
* Previous supervisory experience is preferred

Physical Requirements:

* Stand, sit, and walk for long periods of time
* Full ranges of motion to climb, balance, kneel, crouch or crawl
* Occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds
* Able to transport residents in wheelchairs

Work Environment:

* In-person work at Ingleside Assisted Living and Memory Care
* Monday to Friday
