- Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated success as a full-time middle school teacher
- Demonstrated success working in a high-performing, urban school setting (preferred)
- Evidence of excellence in teaching through continuous learning and data analysis
- Exceptional organization and planning skills
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with colleagues, families, and students
- Commitment to single-sex education
- Conversational or fluent Spanish (a plus, but not required)
- Strong work ethic and sense of humor
