Rigging Foreman

MEI Rigging & Crating is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rigging Foreman to join our team. As a Rigging Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing all activities on assigned job sites, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of heavy machinery and equipment. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Supervise and manage rigging crews to ensure safe and efficient movement of heavy machinery and equipment.
• Develop and implement crew plans and schedules to meet operational goals.
• Directly supervise and work with rigging crews to ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Collaborate with safety personnel to investigate accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and employees to ensure excellent customer service and a positive work environment.
• Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation, including project information and safety reports.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a rigging foreman or in a similar role.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in rigging and heavy machinery operation.
• Valid driver's license and Class A CDL preferred.

• Manufacturing rigging experience, including CNC machines and injection molding machines.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
