Your Responsibilities
As a Lead Educator, you will play a crucial role in nurturing a mixed-age classroom within a Montessori framework. Your responsibilities will include:
- Observing and understanding each child's unique physical, intellectual, and emotional needs.
- Creating a beautiful and organized learning environment that promotes focus, independence, and profound learning experiences.
- Encouraging self-sufficiency by guiding children to 'do it all by themselves.'
- Delivering personalized lessons in practical skills, literacy, mathematics, and more, both individually and in small groups.
- Building meaningful relationships with each child and fostering a respectful community.
- Engaging with parents to collaboratively support each child's development.
