Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage quality management and quality improvement programs for our healthcare facility.
- Monitor and provide assistance with quality assurance and compliance functions.
- Provide consultation and direction to ensure programs and services are implemented at the highest standards and patients receive the highest level of care.
- Ensure policies and procedures are monitored and updated to include regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or higher in a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Certification as a registered nurse.
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a healthcare setting.
