We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Parts Manager to join our team at Quirk Auto Group Maine. As a key member of our dealership's parts department, you will be responsible for managing our inventory, promoting the sales of automotive parts and accessories, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including new and replaced parts, and ensure that our inventory levels are optimized to meet customer demand.
- Parts Sales and Promotion: Develop and implement strategies to promote the sales of automotive parts and accessories, including thorough product knowledge and effective communication with customers.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including taking customer orders, fulfilling customer needs, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of parts and accessories.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve our parts department processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Automotive Dealership Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive dealership parts management is required.
- Team Orientation: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data entry and computer skills, including inventory management software.
- Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
