We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Press Assistant II. At Quad, we pride ourselves on being a global marketing experience company that helps our clients win every day.

We use our data-driven integrated marketing and manufacturing platform to streamline solutions for our clients, reduce friction, and enhance their marketing spend effectiveness.

In this role, you will be responsible for removing product from the end of the printing press, working with loose and/or completed product, and moving product/skids with a hand jack or motorized lift.

You will also be required to maintain accurate inventory of product, load and unload finished product and materials from semi-trailers, and comply with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations.

The successful candidate will have or be able to do the following:

  1. Must be at least 18-years of age or older.
  2. Factory, Manufacturing or other work experience where mechanical or handwork was necessary is preferred.
  3. Printing, Finishing (Bindery) or Warehouse experience is preferred.
  4. Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
  5. Strong mechanical aptitude.
  6. Ability to write and read measurements.
  7. Ability to read, understand and follow both written and verbal instructions.
  8. The ability to use a computer.
