This role is a key part of our team's mission to provide network operations and cyber defense support to the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) in support of the DoD and COCOMs.


About the Job

The ideal candidate will serve as the Cybersecurity Analyst Lead, leading a small Endpoint Analyst team. The Lead must support, provide leadership, and have the interpersonal communication skills necessary to inspire and lead a complex and high-paced environment.


Responsibilities
  • Manage the team to develop innovative solutions and pursue new and on contract growth opportunities based on program and customer priorities.
  • Manage work authorizations, approve timecards, track charging time against plan.
  • Manage the growth, performance and professional development of staff.
  • Supervise the analyzing of identified malicious network activity to determine weaknesses exploited, exploitation methods, effects on system and information.
  • Assess network topology and device configurations identifying critical security concerns and providing security best practice recommendations.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA degree and 12+ years of applicable experience or a MA degree in a related discipline with 15+ years of applicable combined education and experience.
  • Active DoD TS/SCI clearance and eligible for C/I Polygraph.
  • Must hold an active DoD 8570 IAM Level I/II certification.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Security+ CE; CAP, GSLC, CISSP.
  • ITIL v3 Foundation certified.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $126,100.00 - $227,950.00 per year.
