Job Summary:

The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the preparation and serving of meals, as well as supervise dietary aides in the absence of the Dietary Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all meals are prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:
