About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Pain Management Clinic team at UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Bolingbrook. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients, implementing and monitoring care plans, and coordinating with other disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provides direct nursing care to patients, including assessing and coordinating patient discharge planning needs
  • Implements and monitors patient care plans, monitoring and recording patient condition as appropriate
  • Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care
  • Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders
  • Provides patient education and phone triage
Requirements
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required
  • BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
  • Prior Pain Clinic experience preferred
  • Prior office nursing experience preferred
